Effects Sandbox Assignment

To do a special effect you have to first pick a clip you would like to use.
Then import that to premire pro.
Drag the clip into the time line.
Open the effect control.
Then go to stylize and drag brush strokes to your clip.
Go to effect controls on the source panal and click on the triangle.
Then you just move your stroke angle down.
Then move your brush size down.
Make any changes you would like.
Then you export to youtube.
